About our Managing Director - Ajay Bunyan

For three decades, Ajay Bunyan has been a dedicated and passionate professional in the field of facility management, transforming spaces and improving the lives of those who use them. Ajay’s journey began 30 years ago, when he took his first role as a Facilities Manager. From that modest beginning, he demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, quickly rising through the ranks to become a recognized leader in high-end facility services.

Throughout his career, Ajay has managed a diverse array of facilities, from luxury residential complexes to large corporate campuses. His expertise encompasses every aspect of facility management, including maintenance, operations, sustainability initiatives, and cutting-edge technology integration. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach, Ajay has consistently ensured that every facility under his care operates at peak efficiency and provides a safe, welcoming environment for all.

Ajay’s success is rooted in his deep understanding of the industry and his genuine passion for serving people. Ajay’s last assignment was delivering the highest standard services at Ambani Family Residence and Guest facility at Jamnagar, with a team of 2500 staff, organised the World’s Biggest pre-wedding celebrations at Jamnagar, Gujarat.
